Rewardrobe is the brainchild of Veronica Crespi, a fashion insider with impeccable Italian taste and an all-round knowledge of the British fashion market.
After graduating in Communication Studies with Fashion and in Fashion Styling in Bologna and Milan, Veronica began her career as a Fashion Trends Researcher, working between Italy and London.
In the first few years she also worked as an Assistant Designer and a Product Developer, meaning she understands garment construction and materials, and is able to advise on shapes, cuts and fibres. As a Trends Researcher, her focus is on colour and on observing how trends translate onto the catwalks and how the catwalks transform into everyday fashion. She knows how to pick colours, recognise the trends that will last, and where to find the most interesting pieces.
Over the years, Veronica has lived in 5 different cities in Italy and England, and travelled extensively. She surely knows how to pack a suitcase or organise a move! Which translates into knowing what essential basics to go for and keep through the seasons, and how to pick the most useful pieces and style them together efficiently for the ultimate capsule wardrobe.
And while managing all this, she had a chance to put into practice all the amazing advice her wonderfully organised Mum has managed to pass to her over a lifetime – a wealth of small tips and timeless wisdom. That’s how she realised it’s the traditional methods that survive time and never fail to work, and how they are the basis for a ‘slow wear’ take on fashion.

She is now firmly established in London, and has chosen to bring all her different expertises together as a Senior Consultant for Rewardrobe.
